In API 650 7.3.6.8, where it states: Internal bottom elevation measurements shall be made before and after hydrostatic testing. Is that mainly for tanks with floating roofs? If not, what is the maximum differential measurements I would be looking for and worried about? I would not use the same criteria as used for edge settlement, would I?
