      Dear experts,As per API 650 table- 5-21A various cases are given to calculate uplift for anchor requirement.My querry is when tank is atmospheric and fixed roof type : 1 which cases to be considered. 2 what should be the value of P and Pt design and test pressure respectively.If both design and test liquid levels are same and below top curb angle.
