Can anyone please confirm the last time API 650 Appendix E was based on UBC 1997. As far as I can tell, the Addendum 4 of the 10th addition and the 11th edition are based on ASCE 7.
Also, what are some concerns with using the old version of Appendix E when it was based on UBC when using the 11th Edition for the remainder of design.
