        To all...

I nominate this particular question for the WWW.AST-FORUM HALL OF FAME....Bizzare refinery related category..... Subcategory.... guess what I am trying to do

Although there is always strong competition, this particular question, about the cooling of an unknown quantity of fuel oil to an unknown temperature with an unknown media is truly in a class by itself..

Can we develop an award for this kind of thing...!!!

it is better for everyone not to try to set answers for the questions which do not have any information about Mr referee of hall of fame!!! instead i suggest u to try to expand your knowledge.
i just asked for any standard code for cooling these system if there is one and i dont think the capacity of tank or the temperature or home address of its manufacturer are relevant subject. cos as an engineer u should be aware that these kind of details are covering by the relevant part of the relevant standard, so what was the use of mentioning such details in the post? Just to make the post longer and more complicated and showing off ones irrelevant information?
          try to be more reasonable!
