what is SA-307 Gr.B allowable stress value ?

Dear Experts,

I am not finding allowable bolt stress value for SA-307 Gr.B material.. can any one tell me where i can get this value?

and also the stress value is not mentioned in ASME Section II part -D ,2010 Ed.

can anybody tell me why it is not mentioned in ASME section II part -D?
