We are hydrotesting a above ground tank built as per API 650. Hydrotesting is in progress and reaced 50% liquid level. Now we encountered water droplets from the CP monitoring duct and the drop rate is 1 drop per minute.
The same is also found in a tank where the hydro is not started. Where from the water is coming.
Kindly advise.
