I agree with BABRTs and I would also consider backgouging the internal nozzle neck to shell interface to verify you have a full penetration weld in that area. A lot of nozzles were put in and more of a fillet weld was on the nozzle to shell joint than a full pen weld. Where they have been cut and ground flush you may have very little weld metal in that joint and you will want a good weld where you join your new to old or you may have a leaker when you do you air soap test.
