The State of PA has a certification system for tank installers. The program includes a certification for the companies and for the employees supervising the work. I understand that Delaware is considering a similar program. I don’t know if the list of PA certified contractors is available or not. I do know that responsible owners often ask for copies of the certifications during their prequalification process.
