Hi, A Per F.4.2 API 650, DLS total weight of shell and any framing but not roof plates supported by the shell and roof , 1 How do we consider DLS weight, does it include shell/roof insulation , and external attachments, supports, stair, roof platform ?
B The weight of roof plates per clause 1.1.1, is this includes the nozzle & flanges? or is it consider to DLS? How about roof accessories instrument etc. weights?
